Delivery of product
Our product will be made in 3-4 working days and dispatched immediately via Registered
Air Mail. Postages takes 10-14 working days. Pickashirt will not accept responsibility
for any delays in the delivery that are beyond our control.

Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If, for any reason, you are not completely
satisfied with your new purchase, you may simply return the shirt to us and we will
refund you in full. Please note the following conditions:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- All returns must be in 'as new' condition, in the packaging in which it was delivered
to you. Pickashirt will not accept returns that have been worn, washed or are stained.
- For ease of refunds, returns must be clearly referenced to a purchase confirmation
number and contact details. Please include proof of purchase in your return.
- Refunds do not include postage (unless the shirt is faulty). The cost of returning
your purchase to us is your responsibility.
- Refunds will be made in the same method in which the purchase was made.
- Measurement Errors:
- - A full refund or replacement shirt is provided where an error has been made by
Pickashirt.com.
- - A 50% refund or a half price replacement is provided where an error has been made
by the customer.
- Note that we add room to your body measurements to construct your shirt based on
our discretion and treat each shirt on an indivial basis. You can get an idea of
how much we are likely to add to your body measurements by reading the 'Measurements'
page on our website.
First Time Customers
- If you are a first time customer, the guarantee only applies to single shirt purchases.
If you decide to order more than one shirt up front, you do so at your own risk.
Our guarantee will only cover the first shirt.
- If you are a returning customer, and for some reason your shirts do not turn out
as well as the previous, you are entitled to return the shirts to us for a full
refund.
- Refunds do not include shipping, unless an error has been made by us. Cost of returning
the shirt is your responsibility.
