Your order can sit at Processing for 1-3 days and then will move to In Production.

If your order has been sitting on Processing for a few days, send us a message for further information.

This means that payment for your order did not go through successfully.

Your order is saved, so if you would like to make payment, please submit this form and we will get back to you. Alternatively you can try placing a new order.

Check the status of your order by logging into your account and going to My Account > Orders.

There you can see how your order is progressing.

To get your tracking number, go to My Account > Orders.

The tracking number is next to your order number.

We can follow this up for you, but please first contact the shipping company's customer support to see if they have any specific information about your shipment. Often they are able to provide more information than what is available on the tracking.
