Our goal is retain you as an ongoing customer. If, for whatever reason, you are not fully satisfied with your garment, get in touch and we will give you some options to get it rectified to your satisfaction including alteration or remake. If you have decided Pickashirt is not for you, simply return the order to us within 60 days of arrival and we will refund your money in full.

There are limitations to the maximum size we can make a garment. This is reflected in the measurements ranges you see in the drop-down menus when entering your sizing.
