Below are the steps that your order follows from when it is first placed to being delivered.
Immediately after placing your order, you will see information on the transaction complete page. This directs you to info on how long your order will take, how to monitor it’s status and how to track it.
Immediately after placing your order, you will be sent a confirmation email. If you do not receive one, check your junk/spam mail folders. You can search your entire mail account for “pickashirt”.
When your order is first placed, its status will be “Processing”. Shortly it will go into production.
Your order is in production, which means there are no questions about your order details and is now with our production center getting made.
Production time varies depending on the the garment. Also production times can vary at different times of the year.

Production and quality control checks are complete, and your order is ready to be sent. Your order is marked as “dispatched” as soon as it is collected by our shipping agent, whether that is DHL, Fedex, UPS or Dragon Courier.
Shortly after this the shipping agent will provide us with a tracking number and we update this to your account.

We do our best to provide accurate estimates of shipping times, but they do vary. You can view expected shipping times here>

Some customers become concerned if they do not see regular movement on their tacking, however if your order is still within the estimated shipping times, we encourage you to allow the expected time for the parcel to reach you.

What do i do with my tracking number?
We dispatch your orders using Registered Air Mail
Registered Air Mail gives you:
A registered post item has its details recorded in a register to enable its location to be tracked
Registered post items are trackd via the government postal service in your country.
To track your item you need to call your local goverment postal service and qoute your registered tracking number.
Note that the registered tracking number does not appear in the postal system until its scanned through customs in your country.
